Hiking Resumed by San Francisco Art Dealer Mayer Flaks

San Francisco art dealer Mayer Flaks enjoys staying busy and going for walks all year long but some seasons are not a good time to go hiking particularly along mountain paths. Mayer Flaks doesn't go hiking when it is cold nor when it has been raining for long periods of time. The risk of paths being wet or slippery means a higher risk of slipping, falling, or other injury causing accidents.

However, now that the weather is warming up and leaves are open on the trees, Mayer Flaks has resumed taking his occasional mountain hike. Hiking in the spring allows Mayer Flaks to enjoy the smell of new plants as well as view the blooms of wild flowers growing in undisturbed areas not overshadowed by the woods.

San Francisco art dealer Mayer Flaks looks forward to his first spring hike every year. This year, Mayer Flaks was more excited than usual because he has started a new hobby for himself. Mayer Flaks has decided to take up photography. And not just any type of photography, Mayer Flaks wants to try his hand at landscape and wildlife photography. Mayer Flaks decided his spring walk would be a great opportunity to take some landscape photographs.

Now that Mayer Flaks is once again hiking, he knows he will lose some of the weight gained through the winter and over the holiday season. It is no secret that Mayer Flaks enjoys good food and in San Francisco, there are plenty of places to get good eats. However, thanks to the resumption of his walks and monitoring his portion size, Mayer Flaks has already lost weight gained over the winter months.

Mayer Flaks hopes to continue hiking with friends throughout the summer months. An additional benefit, Mayer Flaks has planned a trip to Alaska where he looks forward to any hiking he can do.
